Hunter Hoestenbach
Hi, my name is Hunter. I was inspired to found elbell, Inc. after helplessly watching someone very dear to me struggle with hormone issues. My inspiration turned into urgency with the birth of my daughter who I wanted to raise in a world of best-evidence, hormone care. I quit my job, named the company in honor of my daughter (it’s her nickname), and sought out the brightest minds in the field. My vision is for elbell to be the world’s most trusted source for hormone health information. In my role as Chief ExecutiveOfficer, I will ensure we work tirelessly to achieve and maintain that vision.
Jarrod Bagley， FNP
Hi, my name is Jarrod. Out of the near 4,800 PCOS-related visits I’ve conducted over the past 4 years alone, one case sticks out in my mind above all others. She had severe PCOS, had not cycled for years, and after being repeatedly told that adoption was her only choice, she had decided to adopt. Within a year of treating with me, she was pregnant. Two years later, she had her second child. To see her overwhelming joy and the joy in general of all my patients whose lives are transformed, that makes this area of medicine one of the most rewarding I can imagine. In my role as Chief Medical Officer, I will oversee that our patients not only receive the most current, best-evidence care, but will also have every opportunity to themselves become experts and their own best patient advocates.
Jaci Russon
Hi, my name is Jaci (“jay-cee”). I feel very close to the PCOS community after many years acting as a patient mentor. I’ve sat down with over 550 women who’ve shared their PCOS stories with me and helped them build their complete roadmaps to success. I understand their struggles, even on a personal level having myself suffered the pain of miscarriage and daily caring for a child who deals with chronic inflammation similar to the chronic inflammation seen in PCOS. In my personal life, I am a big sister to my two sisters. I hope to be the same in my role as Chief Fulfillment Officer; a big sister to the PCOS community who can help guide elbell in its delivery of the best patient experience.
Jennifer Gillispie
Hi, my name is Jennifer. I came to work for elbell when Hunter, a friend and colleague, asked me to help him get his vision up and running. I wanted to help of course, but I didn’t expect the positive, personal impact elbell would have on my life. Our “power of mindset” video in particular struck a chord with me. Inspiration can come from the simplest things, and its message to educate myself, take accountability, and set realistic goals inspired me to shape my own destiny and embrace a healthier, more fulfilling future. I am filled with immense gratitude as that simple message has served as a catalyst for positive change in my personal life. In my role as Chief Operating Officer, I hope to help elbell optimize its business processes to deliver similar inspiration to the widest audience possible.
